Our final wine for Wine Week here at MonkeyADay is the wonderfully named Affentaler Spatburgunder Rotwein. I hope the wine is as fun as the name. And the bottle is awesome!

I like the label on the Barrel Monkeys Shiraz. According to the description, this is a wine that fans of in-your-face fruit bombs will enjoy. I have no idea what that means, but it does make me want to try it.

It’s the last day of Wine Week, and since it’s Friday, we’ve got monkey wine, all day long! I haven’t sampled any of these wines yet, so I’m just got to make comments about the names and designs. I’m sure the wines themselves are delightful.

Ah, Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2008. A good year for monkeys. I’d like to go to Monkey Bay, wherever it is. That’d be a fun place to rent a jet ski, I bet.
